I could not post for a while because I forgot my login information .....how hilarious is that? The remodel is trudging forward....... very, very slowly. The sheetrockers and painters and electrician and cabinet guy all made an appearance this week.....lots of sheetrock dust EVERYWHERE! But the big screen room and guest room are now minus their stalagtites and it is just wonderful. See first photo and then see photo beside it!!! That is the new wall. It is just amazing. We are now officially past the idea that anything will go well or quickly and that is okay. We have had some of the very nicest people working our house. Of course they were all late with the exception of our electrician Robert. He is totally amazing. You can see his handiwork from the beam! I am FINALLY going to have a light over my dining room table! That is just so exciting!
So Stephen turned 22 on Thursday and Diana (his girlfriend) came here on Tuesday and stayed for two nights and that was just plain terrible for her due to our mess. Michael and his band have had to practice elsewhere ....and they have a gig tomorrow night at Red 7. How great is that?
More later.....need to go clean that poor table of mine :).
